LATVIAN ECO HOUSE

We design, manufacture, install spherical frame wooden buildings - residential buildings and structures.

At your request, we are ready to carry out the following works:

  DESIGN AND ALIGNMENT

Design project for the customer and submission to the construction department for obtaining a construction permit with design conditions. Includes:

— Sketches of the layout of the selected domed house with an explication of the premises;

— sketches of facades with the placement of the desired window openings;

— a typical section through the building with an indication of the elevation marks;

— 3D visualization of the object;

— A sketch of the general plan with reference of the building to the land plot;

Construction project for approval in the construction department and obtaining a mark in the construction permit on the fulfillment of the design conditions - without projects for connecting engineering networks. Includes:

— architectural solutions; - general planning part of the project;

— general planning part of the project;

— section of building structures;

— project of the organization of work at the construction site;

— energy certificate;

To agree on a construction project, sections for connecting engineering networks are needed.

Minimum required sections:

- ELT - electrical grid connection project; (if there is a distribution box, then from it to the house, if not, then a project for supplying power grids to the site is needed)

- UKT - water / sewerage project on the site (if there are no city networks, local solutions are possible, if there are city networks, then connection to them)

If there is a gas line nearby, a project for connecting to gas networks is possible (you need a project for connecting to the network and placing the boiler in the building)

We will prepare the topography and geology necessary for the project.

During construction, field supervision is possible, payment is hourly.

Treatment with antiseptics and other compounds is not performed and it shall be ordered separately at the request of the client.

Boarding house

The boarding house building is planned to be built in blocks. According to the concept of the construction, depending on the necessary residential area used, this allows decreasing or increasing the number of blocks upon the necessity. In addition, if in the future the already constructed boarding house would require expansion, it will be easy to add additional blocks to it.

On the land plot, the boarding house facility is arranged in a U-shaped form. There are two-storey and three-storey blocks. Central two-storey U-shaped block is intended for allocation of refectory with kitchen, spacious hall for eating and counter for food pick-up. Two-storey block allow allocation of residential rooms, classrooms, playrooms or a library. Three-storey block are intended for accommodation of residential rooms. One such room is intended for four persons. Each three-storey block is equipped with shared sanitary conveniences and shower rooms on each floor.

Every floor of a three-storey block has a small recreation area where a TV set can be installed. Three-storey blocks are equipped with open balcony, accessible for all residents of the block, as exit to the balcony available not only from rooms, but also from common-use premises. A part of the yard, which is located inside the U-shaped building, can be viewed from the balcony. It allows allocation of children`s playground, gym machines, put up vegetation, arrange nature trails with benches for rest.

Construction of the school building is planned in blocks, which would allow varying the quantity of storeys, the number of classrooms, as well as adding-up utility premises in separate blocks.

Skolas ēkai izmantota perimetrālā apbūve. Klašu korpusi pirmajā stāvā atrodas U-veida formā un tiek noslēgti ar ēdamzāles korpusu ar virtuves telpām.

There is a possibility to vary the classrooms area, depending on: - expected quantity of children in a class, - intended use of a classroom (physics classroom, chemistry classroom, IT room or language learning room, etc.).

Ir piedāvāts sekojošs izvietojums vienā stāvā: 5 klases 60 m2 platībā; 6 klases 36 m2 platībā; 6 klases 64 m2 platībā.

Kopējā mācību telpu platība – 900 m2.

The left side of the ground floor isadded up with additional block, containing: -the corridor, the locker room for sports activities, shower rooms, WC From the locker room, there is access to the gym, and further – to the workout room. The gym area is 425 m 2 . The workout room area is 185 m 2 . Total area of the locker room, shower rooms/WC is 102 m 2 .

 

Near the gym, there is a stadium, intended for open-air sports activities. During the construction process the technical solution requires the use of additional supports represented by structures, made of glued wood or metal in places, where length of premises exceeds 6 m in both dimensions. This concerns the gym, the workout room and the auditorium. During the phase of designing calculations are elaborated in accordance with the customer’s wish.

School data:

The kindergarten building can be constructed out of several blocks, arrangen in a row or in L- shaped form. Each block is intended for its own group of children. All block are connected together with glassed corridor. Tthe corridor is planned as unheated part of the building, using which parents can get to their group while escorting their children. Exit to the children’s playground is on the other side of the block, where a porch with rounded roof is planned to be erected. Every porch has its own children’s playground.

 

 

The kindergarten building can be constructed out of several blocks, arrangen in a row or in L- shaped form. Each block is intended for its own group of children. All block are connected together with glassed corridor. Tthe corridor is planned as unheated part of the building, using which parents can get to their group while escorting their children. Exit to the children’s playground is on the other side of the block, where a porch with rounded roof is planned to be erected. Every porch has its own children’s playground.

Kindergarten data

 

The kindergarten is intended for six standard group. One group is intended for fifteen children and has area of 44 m 2 . Common use corridor – 135 m 2 . Administrative block – 58 m 2 . Auditorium/gym – 170 m 2 . The children’s playground area depends on the area of land plot, allotted for the construction. The blocks of the building can be allocated as needed, depending on stipulated quantity of children. Autonomous group blocks design was chosen due to epidemiological safety concerns and in order to limit rapid proliferation of infectious diseases among children of pre-school age.

Solar panels

• In environmental conditions with temperatures down to -30°С, heat pumps in combination with warm floors can be used for heating.

• In order to decrease expenditures on electricity it is recommended to use solar panels.
